Unless requested differently all items are shipped FedEx or USPS (additional charges will apply). All items are insured for their retail value. All in stock items ordered by 3:00 pm CST will ship the next business shipping day. We ship on Mondays and Fridays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If an item is out of stock Frenzy Art will notify the buyer and let them know the due date of the item. Our FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75 is valid on FedEx ground to the continental US only. The FREE SHIPPING is for single delivery addresses only. PLEASE make sure you use the correct delivery address. We are billed when a delivery address is changed, and this additional billing will be passed on to the customer. You will receive an email to alert you of the additional charges. During the Day of the Dead season, expect some time delays.
Frenzy Art Studio is a web store. I do have a warehouse that I do all fullfillment from, but I do not store credit card information and I do not have shipping rates available. While the transaction is completed in the Frenzy Art site, the actual information is transmitted to the bank and to FedEx directly and I receive notification of the sale. We do not accept phone orders. If you are having trouble accessing the site you can email us your order to email@example.com.
Damaged Items Policy
If you receive a shipment that is partially or completely damaged, notify Frenzy Art immediately. We will do our best to remedy the situation right away. DO NOT discard the items, the packaging or the box. These items will need to be returned to Frenzy Art. This is the only way that FedEx or UPS will reimburse us for the damaged items. If the items have been discarded, we cannot credit your order or reship the merchandise without charging for the second shipment.
All information submitted to Frenzy Art is used solely for the purpose of Frenzy Art. Names, addresses and such are not sold to other companies. You will be contacted by Frenzy Art only for the purpose of keeping you, the consumer, updated with changes in our store, web site and policies. If you wish to be removed from our email list please notify Frenzy Art by emailing the link on our contact page.
All credit card information submitted to Frenzy Art and all personal shopper information is submitted through a secure server. The information is used solely to complete the transaction requested by the consumer. Information is not stored at the Frenzy Art site nor the Frenzy Art Studio. If you wish to contact us for further information please use the link provided on the contact page.
If you are unhappy with your Frenzy Art Glassware, you may return it within 5 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price of the item returned minus shipping and handling. There are no refunds for custom or personalized orders.
Refunds for damaged products or errors must be made, either in writing or verbally, within 5 business days from the day the customer received the shipment.
Frenzy Art schedules and ships orders on Mondays and Fridays. Orders placed after 9:00 am on these days will have until 5:00 pm the day before the next shipping day to cancel their order (i.e. a customer who placed an order at 10:00 am on Monday will have until 5:00 pm the following Thursday to cancel). Custom work orders are not cancelable.
